The place is nice, and the personal booths are comfortable; I think they serve their main purpose. As for the food and service, I think it's okay, but the servers should be more attentive. I don't say this because they aren't friendly (they are, very much so), but in my case, they forgot my cappuccino and gave it to me an hour and a half later, which was disappointing because I only planned to stay for three hours, and I practically couldn't take advantage of my unlimited coffee as much as I wanted. I know my case might be an exception, but otherwise, I do recommend the place; it was nice to work in peace. P.S.: In the personal booth next to the hallway, the only annoying thing is the noise from people coming down the stairs, haha.

• The internet is good. • The drinks are good. • The snacks are mostly salted peanuts and chips that taste like they've been there a while. They should change the snacks sometimes; they serve the same thing at two branches I know. They should consider their regular customers. • At another branch, the service is better because the staff came around to ask if I needed anything else. • The cleaning is average. The bathroom dispenser wasn't working, and there were food crumbs on the chairs. • Sometimes it's a bit noisy. The staff seems to forget that you're looking for a quiet place to work, and you can hear them laughing a lot.

The food and service were good, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout. However, the overall experience was very unpleasant due to the lack of cleanliness in the office where we were (the largest one in the building). During our stay from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., we had to kill approximately five cockroaches. We understand that these kinds of situations can be beyond the direct control of the staff, but it's clear that fumigation and maintenance are needed, otherwise there wouldn't have been such a large number of insects. For this reason, I unfortunately wouldn't return and I couldn't recommend the place. It was very uncomfortable trying to concentrate on a meeting and eat while there were cockroaches present.
