The customer service is terrible; they never answer, and when they do, it's as if they're doing you a favor. It's definitely the worst company I've ever had to deal with. That's why the market belongs to Regus and Iza, because micro-enterprises don't take care of the staff they hire.

The service they offer is quite unpleasant; the staff doesn't answer, they do whatever they want, and they don't provide the professionalism your company requires. Be careful when hiring them; they don't deliver what they promise, and you'll most likely end up feeling like you've been robbed.
