The worst WeWork I've ever had to attend. The way they treat the people there is deplorable. To confirm this, try the WeWork on Lago Alberto. Even the maintenance woman smiles and helps you. At the one on Reforma 296, they take a long time to solve your problems, they don't refill your coffee on time. The people who help you seem like you owe them something. Unfortunately, I have to go for work, but my entire team complains about having to go to that horrible place. I lost my license before going, and I realized it immediately. I told them I went all the time, and the company rents offices there. They have photos of me from a year ago, they have my information, my boss's invitation, and my team working there to prove it's me. But no. They're so rigid and limited that they don't try to solve it. The system of keeping IDs seems the worst to me. Those of us who come from outside don't carry a passport or residency card, because if you lose it, it's very expensive, and you waste time renewing it. They don't have the brains to think these things through either. If you already have an invitation, why the hell do you have to register, take a photo, and leave your ID? It's a really crappy system. It's better to rent another type of office or go to Lago Alberto. They serve you very well there. Any problem, they resolve it immediately. Oh, and I called WeWork Central Offices, and they told me everyone complains about the poor management of that WeWork on Reforma.

Working in this type of space is comfortable and generally quiet, except for some neighbors in larger adjoining offices who tend to be loud. Meeting rooms are available for small or large meetings as needed. Amenities include coffee, milk, tea, hot and cold water, a lounge, and a dining room. Overall, it's a pleasant place to work.

The cowork was great (especially on the levels 38 and 42) but it has been closed for more than 1 year now. You can only book a room, but not a cowork seat, neither with the Basic nor full Access. They haven't communicated a date for the re-opening of the open space. I hope they will do soon, the place was really great!

The good: Excellent facilities, good security. The bad: Too many parties in the area, snack prices higher than Starbucks. It's also a bit confusing to get in: one elevator, check-in, another elevator, and another check-in.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with WeWork Companies LLC ILS, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like.
