I arrived on a rainy day after booking through an app called Pluria. They wanted me to sit on the soaking wet terrace or in the reception chairs. I don't think they should offer "seats" if there isn't a common room properly equipped for working. I didn't find the manager helpful either, as she was on her cell phone the whole time. Additionally, I don't think they should allow reservations on rainy days, or at least let you know that you'll be sitting on a plastic chair all day to work, and that there's a high chance your computer will get completely wet from being outside. The space looks nice, but I only recommend it if they rent a meeting room or something similar. And if it's a nice day, since the terrace is closed. I'm not one to post reviews on Google Maps, but I would have liked to find an honest one when I searched for the place.
