I bought my car 7 months ago, everything was great and I was happy because I hadn't had any problems. My complaint is about my last payment. Since I only have cash, I went directly to the branch to make the payment, and despite wanting to pay on time, they told me it wasn't possible and that I had to make a deposit. I went to the bank to deposit the monthly payment, but it was already closed. I couldn't make it that day, and that's why they applied a penalty. I consider this unfair, since the payment difficulty wasn't my fault. I understand that I left it until the last day. But I ask that you evaluate and make it easier to choose cash payment options or be more flexible with penalties in these situations. I like the service in general; I just hope you can correct this issue.

Everything was perfect with the facilities, but the customer service was terrible. In emergencies, they were uncontactable. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them, just for that reason.
