Very dirty bathrooms, the elevators constantly fail, it's cold, they turn on the air, it's horribly hot and even if you ask, they ignore you, you can hear everything, the staff is generally friendly but I don't recommend it.

Despite being in Polanco, I didn't have any problems with parking. The place itself is fine.
