Think carefully before renting an office here; the building's security service is a nightmare! I've been renting an office for five months, and not a day goes by without our staff and clients being mistreated and verbally abused at reception by the security guards. Despite numerous complaints filed with the coworking management, they simply blame the building management, and nothing gets resolved. Unfortunately, they are the first point of contact for clients when they visit, and their behavior creates a negative image for our company. Every person who arrives at the building is treated with a rude and arrogant attitude. We've been waiting five months for our turnstile access credentials. Without them, we have no choice but to deal with these rude people. If they feel like it, they'll check our ID and let us through. On numerous occasions, the security guards have scolded and yelled at me for forgetting my badge in the office. Look for another option! The way they treat your people and customers is terrible, and worse, no one offers any solutions for how two people can ruin everyone's work and all the infrastructure in a building.
