I've visited the place several times, and I've noticed that the receptionist at the large counter on the right (a thin, short woman with straight hair and large eyes) tends to respond rudely when asked for information. She raises her voice and displays an unfriendly attitude, which creates a bad impression (she scolds you for not knowing the registration procedures). I'm not a mind reader, and I ended up being reprimanded for asking. I think it would be advisable to speak with her, since the reception staff is the first point of contact for the administration, and their main function is to provide friendly service and guide the public. Furthermore, with two reception desks at the entrance, it's confusing to know which one is for which procedure; people shouldn't have to guess and deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. It's worth mentioning that the young woman at the smaller reception desk has always been very friendly, although her shift starts at 9:00 a.m., so sometimes you have to wait to be seen.
