The location is good and it was easy to coordinate reservations with attendant. I reserved the private office at LCI to have a fast and reliable internet connection for a project. The WiFi was too slow for my project so I purchased an ethernet to USB adapter. The wired ethernet connection was Ok but it staggered on Zoom video calls with more than 10 attendees. For nomads requiring greater than 20 Mb/s, I would recommend visiting the office before reserving to check. I didn’t understand why LCI didn’t upgrade to a faster ISP plan. The LCI business also runs two other businesses here - Mexico Living Real Estate & Mexico Living Vacation Rentals - so it is noisy with those staff coming and going (and talking very loudly). They also burden the already weak ISP issue. If you have been to other coworking spaces, definitely go check LCI out before reserving. The pictures on the website and FB are very different than the reality. No shade, I attached some pics. There are two rooms, a conference room (with employees from other businesses), and a partial desk shoved in the corner of the kitchenette. Also only one old nasty restroom so I left many times to find a cleaner one. If desperate for AC, basic internet, and a desk, I recommend. Otherwise, it’s the same price to rent a basic hotel room in the area (check for a desk & ISP speed).

This place is open but they take a moment respond. As in Mexico, be patient. :)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Ignacio Zaragoza is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with LCI Coworking.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with LCI Coworking, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
