If you are attending from overseas, you can reserve your ticket online and collect your ticket by showing your passport at the reception desk at the B1F venue entrance. Your serial number will be written on the reservation screen and on your ticket. A waiting line will be formed on B2F inside the building, and people will line up in order of their serial number. There are coin lockers on B2F where the waiting line is. They require two 500 won coins. There are also currency exchange machines. There are separate toilets for men and women inside the venue, but as they are inside the venue, they can only be used after opening.

The experienced staff offers excellent management skills. Coin lockers and a coin exchange machine are conveniently located. The venue also boasts a large capacity, ideal for interacting with artists. However, there are drawbacks: there's no restroom in the lobby, and the loud acoustics can be a bit distracting.

The sound was a bit disappointing, but the stage height, video, and lighting were all excellent. The fact that there was a stage inside the concert hall made it perfect.

Saenggak Factory has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Garage.
