It seems Shinsekai offers the highest rebates. Kenzo there is quite nice and gentle, but MLB's attitude is bad, not as good as Lotte's.

There's a department store right next to Namdaemun Market. It has delicious restaurants and a food court. It offers the advantage of experiencing both a traditional market from the past and modern shopping at the same time.
