Shared room user. There is no rules for civilism. Manager (a customer chosen by the owner) do have preferences regarding customers asking. People in my room weren't civilized at all, especially for a guest house. (Loud nose in room during night hour, call at night, loud musique after midnight, drunk in the shared room, inviting people during night hour). They also used ALL THE BEDS so I needed to sleep on their sheet. I complained about it, nothing changed and it was my fault not to use the right bed when it wasn't available as they drunkly slept on it. I complained many times but was ignored and also didn't get helped because I didn't say hi loudly enough once to the manager. As he was sleeping in a single room, he didn't care at all about me a girl sleeping in a room with too uncivilized drunkly dirty boys who invited people in the shared room screaming laughing drinking. They have a co working place. People tend to use it as a talking loudly place also. To keep concentrate it was difficult when everyone was screaming and laughing and eating during day time. Manager preferences example: a girl just used 3 different lockers for herself even after checking out for a week before coming back. The "manager" know it was illegal. Nothing changed. Also my slippers was stolen, I needed to put my name on it (when it was clearly girly slippers). And also once I bought grapes, put in on the table, went to find something in my room and they just eat it when I was in the other room. Fridge was dirty. I've been on so many guesthouse in Seoul, currently at Gangnam stay. I've NEVER seen that ! Here we got clear rules for noise, cleaning and sleeping hours. Everyone is heard and lovely. I also went to oceans guesthouse and our seasons in hongdae. Same, clear rules, clear hours, clean place, nice manager. I paid 4 times the price to stay at hoppin house just to be treated like shit. Edit : yes I did visit lmao what is that answer ?

The perfect place for digital nomads. Working here has been such a great experience. The location is perfect—right in Yeonnam-dong, close to Hongdae. The space itself is super comfortable and easy to settle into for a full day of work. What really stands out is the community—friendly, welcoming, and it actually feels like a place where you can connect with others instead of just sitting alone at a desk. Convenient, inspiring, and a great vibe overall. 100% recommanded!

My stay at Hoppin was great. Shared spaces are always clean, refurnished, and the community made me feel welcome from the very start. It’s a great place for digital nomads but if you are a solo traveler, you can constantly meet new people and don’t have to explore Seoul/Korea alone. The co-working space is perfect to either peacefully work or have a friendly chat. The area surrounding Hoppin is busy (all transport is 5/10 min away) but the street on which the house is located is very quiet and residential. Definitely recommend for longer stays as well.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Hoppin may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, 14 Seongmisan-ro 26-gil has you covered. Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs for an entire day.
With a monthly membership, 14 Seongmisan-ro 26-gil offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Hoppin.
