By reservation in advance only. They let in very few people and you have to hope they have a cancellation. It’s also way out in the middle of nowhere. Expensive taxis to and from. Located on the side of a highway.

What an incredible experience, we went last year not long after it opened. The architecture and design of the building alone is worth the trip, then add in the all the audio experiences and it's mind blowing. The tour is a bit tricky to book as it's quite popular, make sure you have your phones ready when the time comes for reservations to open. You can find that info other site or Instagram. It booked out in about 45 seconds when we got our tickets. It is a free tour as well. Your ticket must match your phone number when you arrive, I think this was to avoid people reselling the tickets and they checked out ID's too. The tour is only in Korean, but you get the essence of what the guide is stay , this may change at a later date and they may offer tours in different languages. The plaques inside are in both English and Korean so it helps as well. Do not take any bags or food with you, I believe they have a locker room for you to store your items. Make sure your have a fully charged battery before as you will be taking lots of video and pictures. We took the bus out from Seoul and it drops you 2mins walk away from the entrance. There's a nice cafe next door to the museum on the 5th floor if you arrive early like we did. Not sure about parking but I am sure there is in the area.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Common Space.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Common Space, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
