If you only look at the photos posted on the official website, it looks incredibly spacious, but when you actually go there, "Ah... the photos..." There are only two elevators, (there is one for cargo that stops on each floor) so there is no separate battlefield during rush hour, lunch hour, or after work hours. And the smoking area is in front of the building. It feels like all the Gangnam office workers gather there and smoke. The chaos is sky-high.
