Staffs will help you if only you can get their attention and ask for it. Otherwise the store is entirely too crowded. At one point, they had to put out a wait sign and close the store so it wouldn't become overwhelmed. Bought a pair of rain boots and a pair of ballerina sneakers.

I wandered around a lot and finally ended up buying here. Thank goodness. I went to Yeouido, and the female employee in the striped skirt was completely unfriendly in her speech and behavior. I visited twice, and both times I had the same bad experience. The employee with long hair had a persistently angry tone. I approached to ask her a question, but she avoided me, talking to someone else. The other employee smiled. She was friendly. I also went to Myeongdong, but since they didn't have shoes, I had no choice but to buy here. I went there because I really wanted to try on shoes before buying them in a physical store, but I wish they had more shoes in stock.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. I came in excited to buy some shoes, just needed to confirm the colour that suited me best. I asked to try on a colour in my size and the answer was “no, you can try the display shoe”…which I could barely get my foot into. “You just buy, or you try display.” Never in my life have I been to a shoe shop where I can’t try on the shoes I want to buy in your size. Staff members walk off when youre literally speaking to them. I left immediately even though I was certain I wanted the shoes, what a shame.

Love the items, and the interior is super cool. Very snug store, so it gets very crowded during rush. Difficult to get a staff members help and a bit unclear on where to go for assistance.

The staff here are unfriendly. I can't try on the styles I like... They'll give you a different style in your size and won't help you get the size you requested. The styles on display are all smaller. There are a lot of staff, but they're all standing there, blocking my mirror and refusing to move. The try-on shop is unfriendly, and there are a lot of Chinese customers. I only live in Seongsu-dong and came here because of its reputation, but the shopping experience was terrible.
