Perhaps because I went too late, there weren't many people; it was a good place to take shelter from the rain.

Look for this shop in the middle area of the Central Underground Mall; everyone comes here to buy souvenirs. They offer samples of many items... and buying multiple items at a discounted price. Today, a peanut plush toy is 9,000 each.

It was fine but not the best market I found. The stalls are super repetitive and mostly sell the same things When I went it was reasonably quiet, so easy to navigate but there are other markets that have the same stuff and a lot more. Overall- if you’re in the area and walking past it’s worth a visit but otherwise I would skip it!

The environment felt cleaner than Dongmen Market, and it wasn't as cold indoors; there were also restrooms.

We bought nice winter clothes and a large quilt for our bed. There are lots of stores to choose from. Some are cheap and some can be very expensive.
