The airport staff aren't very friendly, and the transportation options are incredibly confusing. The nearby taxis and buses are incredibly unfriendly. Be especially careful with taxis! I've had to pay over 2,000 yen...

Big and nice international airport. Efficient as well. Check-in gate opens 3 hours before boarding time. Remember to put kimchi in luggages and not hand carry!!

Worst airport Ive ever been in my life. . Arrival walk for 20 minutes, use twice an escalator to get into train for 8 minutes to walk to 2 hour passport checks line . It has 10 windows and there is not a single worker assigning tourist to each one, so after you do 2 hours wait it gets subdivided in 10 lines with no anyone helping or rule to follow. Departure, get worse, you have 7 passport checks points with 2 lanes only for a digital check which doesn’t move because right after that is the security check which causes the long line and the waiting for a passport check. If you want a tourist to not have a good final trip just do whatever Icheom Airport does and you will be easily an un efficient and unfriendly airport. Congratulations for doing the worst job ever, you won the first medal.
