I've been using it for 7 months already. I'm a digital nomad, and because of the nature of my job, I work late into the night, so I chose this place over commuting to Seoul... I'm very satisfied^^!. The office environment is comfortable, the view is great, and the infrastructure is very well-developed, including a nearby walking trail!! The friendly managers run it well, so the management is perfect!! I have no regrets... It was a very satisfying decision.

This is a Stage Nine tenant. The managers take good care of the place, so the environment is always clean. They provide free snacks, such as milk, cereal, and coffee. I am very satisfied with being able to work in a warm and clean space. I am currently renewing my contract for a long period of time!

The cool shared office that you only see in TV dramas is right here at Stage Nine Incheon Songdo POSCO Branch!! The view is the best!!! Isn't it the highest shared office in Korea? The cool openness you feel when you enter the entrance makes your day refreshing!! Enjoying the view during lunch time, eating a packed lunch in the lounge, sitting on a massage chair, and reading books that are available for free!!! I'm enjoying things here that I can't enjoy at home. I even finished reading 'Organizing Brain', which was hundreds of pages long on the lounge bookshelf!! My favorite thing that I can't enjoy at home and enjoy here is actually the Dyson dryer in the women's powder room!!!🩷 I couldn't even think of buying a dryer and air wrap that cost hundreds of thousands of won, so I can tie my hair up and go to work and have a nice hairdo in ten minutes, which is the best part. Fast internet and necessary office equipment are of course meticulously provided, and the office environment is warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and of course there are managers who sweep and clean every day, so every corner is clean. The managers are also friendly, so they greet you often, make small talk, and often check if there are any inconveniences, so even those who work alone won't have to worry about cobwebs in their mouths^^ Their kindness is a kick that creates a different atmosphere and atmosphere in the office^^ It's a unique place where you can see the ocean and birds flying around from your seat!! The conference rooms are also composed in various ways, and each concept is different, so it's fun to choose according to the number of participants and the nature of the meeting, depending on the characteristics of the space. The long, connected spaces are well divided into multi-person rooms, single rooms, and booth types, so it is easy to choose according to the purpose, and the areas in the middle are divided into sections and the office support space in the middle is also provided, so even a person like me who is not good at finding directions can walk around without getting lost ^^ The route to the printer is not far ~~ There are several refrigerators, and I drink the free soy milk and milk every day. I don't eat cereal, but many people get free cereal every morning~ I heard that the unmanned convenience store here is cheaper than a regular convenience store~ As I was writing, I thought that it would be convenient because there is a delivery service that I have not used. It is high, but the elevator is spacious, so the waiting time for the elevator is not long, and there is a pharmacy and hospital in the same building. There is parking... Hmm. I can't think of anything particularly inconvenient!! Highly recommended for those who need a shared office!!!

I have never seen a place like this in Incheon for an office environment. It has amenities that startups find difficult to set up in the beginning, such as a convenience store, a sleeping room, and a massage room, which helps increase work efficiency. Also, there are various hospitals in the building, so it is very convenient because you don't have to drive or walk out when you are sick and sad about going to work. What about on a nice day? After lunch, take a walk around Central Park, and then have an iced Americano at the Starbucks right next door. It's the best course. 👍🏻 On days like that, I feel so excited that work just happens. I experienced the power of space. I recommend it.
