The car park was somewhat crowded and I felt like I was playing parking fury(those who know), but the fact that it was free made it easier to overlook the tight spaces. The TV remote in the room was frequently uncharged and tended to malfunction, which became annoying when trying to relax. The temperature in the room was also always very high, and the air conditioner seemed to be broken. On the plus side, Lotte Mart was located nearby, making it very convenient to pick up food especially free food samples and other necessities. The view from the room was pleasant and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Furthermore the toilets in the room were pristine, and made me want to sleep there. There was even a sauna in the toilet! The gym had a lot of equipment but a lot of the equipment was redundant, especially the chest press which made me feel like I was having a seizure. The smith machine was good and more would be appreciated.

The room has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, induction cooker, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave. The only downside is that the breakfast menu is rather monotonous; those who travel frequently for work might need to shop at Lotte Department Store next door and cook for themselves to avoid getting tired of the same old breakfast. The basement has direct access to Lotte Department Store, so you don't have to worry about it getting cold.

Wonderful staff. Quick to respond.

Always a no-hassle stay. In-room laundry full grocery store next door. Nice selection of bars and restaurants nearby.

Rooms are great but the inability to set a comfortable cool room temperature for sleep lowers it's rating with me. There also isn't a flat sheet beneath the duvet, so no way to have some coverage during sleep without trapping too much body heat.
Posco Tower Songdo has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Stage9.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Stage9, who is more than happy to help out.
At Posco Tower Songdo, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. In addition, Coworking Memberships can also be booked on a monthly basis.
