The duty-free zone inside the terminal was small, but it was close to the boarding gate after security check and there was a convenience store, so it was convenient and nice.

The airport is okay, easily reachable from Busan. But, the crowd management is horrendous. The immigration room was cramped and it was literally the first time I had to wait almost 3 HOURS since the plane landed till we managed to leave the airport.

Move to Gadeokdo or expand. I need you to make a decision quickly and take action. What the hell is this? It's chaos every time I claim my luggage. Passengers transiting through Incheon need to submit their quarantine information (Q code), but instead of providing this information in advance at Incheon Airport, they're making us wait in line to enter at Gimhae Airport. It's really making things difficult. If only Incheon Airport had put up a single notice, everyone would have entered the country in advance and it would have been easier. Let's stop thinking about going on strike and get things done properly.
