I usually board the plane from Osaka or Kobe, but this was my first time in a while on a transit flight. I thought it had the most comprehensive selection of domestic and international flights in Japan. It was completely decorated for Christmas and was very cute.

This is the largest terminal airport in Japan. For someone like me who collects miles and flies all over Japan, it's like nothing could have happened without it. The satellite terminal, Terminal 2, is like an isolated island, and a new shopping and restaurant zone has opened in Terminal 3. Earthquake-proofing work has also been completed in Terminal 1, and many underground shops have opened. Extension work, similar to that of Terminal 2, is also underway, so it seems like it's still changing.

▪️Flying Air France from France There are not enough staff at the baggage claim area, so I would like them to increase the number. My wife's luggage was lost, and we waited an hour for them to address it. A day has passed, and the luggage has still not been found. We were unable to receive our luggage, and there was no explanation about the guarantee for essential items such as clothing that we needed to purchase. I would like them to make every effort to search for our luggage. Also, there was no apology, even though our luggage was lost.
