I searched for a nearby coworking space while I was out and about, and decided to drop in as a non-member during the day on a weekday. There were no signs or directions at the entrance to the building, so I was a little worried, but when I took the elevator to the fourth floor, I saw a lighted door. It was my first time, but the receptionist kindly explained everything to me. It was a reasonable 500 yen per hour. It wasn't crowded, was clean, and was easy to use. Mineral water, instant coffee, tea, instant miso soup, and snacks were available. The original blend coffee machine was 50 yen per cup. Power outlets and Wi-Fi were available. There were no booths, but I could make calls using headphones.

Saved my day—couldn’t be more grateful! Needed a last-minute spot to VC Interview and Case totally came through. Quiet, comfy, fast Wi-Fi, and super kind staff who spoke English. Foreigner friendly and In Budget 500yen -2000yen depending in time. Total lifesaver in Shinjuku.

I cannot highly recommend this whole workspace more for any foreigners visiting. It is mainly Japanese who work out of there but they are open to foreigners. You can just do a single day drop-in or sign up for a few months if you're staying longer. Unlike most co-working spaces, they aren't a big chain and are very personable and friendly. If you're trying to look for it, you need to use the door on the side alley
At Sankei Building, Day Passs can be booked by the hour. In addition, Private Offices, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with CASE Shinjuku, who is more than happy to help out.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with CASE Shinjuku.
