良かった点と改善頂きたい点があった。 【良かった点】 ・まず1100円/h+初回利用300円=1430円という値段。これは、1hで1900円近くするshareloungeに比べると安くて助かります ・店内は作業スペース、会議スペース、飲食専用スペース、などスペースが分かれて照明や音響も相まって全体的に心地よい雰囲気が流れており、様々な年代の方が皆思い思いに作業されていて、思ったような良い雰囲気でした。 ・掲示板のところにはスタートアップやコミュニティの関連記事やチラシが貼ってあり、交流の促進を促す場として機能しているのだなと感銘を受けました。 【改善頂きたい点】 ・最初の登録フローが少し煩雑です。お店のタブレット端末でなく自身の端末でできないか、せめてタブレット端末の操作性を挙げてほしいです ・コーヒーを豆から作れるようになってるのは良いことだと思いますが、淹れるための説明が不十分だと感じました。以降、使う側の心情を記載します。 ①「あれ、豆から淹れるしか手段無いんだ・・コーヒーサーバーとか淹れた後自分で洗わないといけないんだ・・ていうか色々グラスとかコップあるけど何をどれに使うんだ？間違ったら恥ずかしいし怒られそうだな・・」 ②「どうやって淹れるんだろう。紙の手順にはコップとかの置き場所はあるけど淹れ方は無いな。あ、このQR読み込んだら動画出てくんのか。ちょっと面倒だけど読みこむか・・」 ③「動画、再生止めて作業して、ってやるの面倒だな。でも絶対やりきる！・・よし、淹れられた。あとはサーバーとか洗って終わりと。ふう。あれ、俺なんでこんな気合入れて頑張ってるんだ？汗、まあでもコーヒーは美味いな」 諸々作業を終えてPCを開くと残り時間は30分、そしてこのレビューで30分使って、退店という運びになりました。 結果的に当初予定していた作業を飛ばしてしまったのですが、何かに突き動かされ感想を書き綴った次第です。 このような施設は作業に重宝し希少なため、この声が運営の方に届き、少しでも改善されることを願います。

This was a great space to host our recent professional sessions. The self-booking system (with the help of online translations) was easy to process, and amend as needed. The staff were also helpful with any questions I had- so thank you for your service and we look forward to visiting again!

I use it for work. There are various types of seats and it's comfortable. They have facilities for hand-dripping coffee, but I think a coffee machine would be better.

i had a difficulties registering due to language barrier, but staff members were very kind and eager to help. I had a job to be done and this place offer more than enough. i appreciate staff's efforts
