A coworking space where you can work with a panoramic view of Shibuya

I've been using the facility since October 2012. -Network For a while, the network was weak, making meetings and other activities impossible, but it was fixed about six months ago and has since become available without any problems. -Conference Rooms There are two conference rooms. Reservations are required. They're often fairly empty. -Seats There's plenty of seating. There are several types of seating, including sofas, tables, and counter seats (?), but many of the tables are low, making it difficult to use a computer. My back hurts. The large table in the middle is the most comfortable. -Other There's a water dispenser! It would be nice to have coffee, but is that too much to ask? Power strips are available for borrowing. -Staff Everyone is so kind and helpful! There are also private rooms, but they're set up like regular offices. This might be better for small organizations.

It's clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi environment is also good, so I would recommend it to others!

The staff's attitude is not good. The area around the copy machine is dirty. People just rinse the cups they used and reuse them.
At Hulic Shibuya Koen-dori Building, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. In addition, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Billage.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Billage, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
