The staff at the general reception (?) in front of the entrance gate was the worst I've ever experienced in my life.
I visited the location on business around 1:00 PM on November 26, 2024, but since it was my first time there, I didn't know my way around. When I asked the person closest to the entrance (the elevator side?) how to get in, they glared at me, spoke arrogantly, and responded arrogantly and carelessly to my questions.
Their attitude and treatment was so bad that I got annoyed and asked again in a stronger tone, but they glared at me and used even worse language, and in the end they handed me my temporary entry pass as if throwing it away. I've never experienced such terrible treatment in my life.
The reception staff at a rural Aeon or a part-time worker at a back-alley izakaya would treat me 100 times better.
If I ever need an office in Tokyo in the future, I've made up my mind to never use this place, and I also steer clear of companies that use facilities that make visitors feel extremely uncomfortable like this.
