Improvised Coworking Space This facility was launched with the idea of utilizing a hotel lounge for coworking purposes. However, since its primary function is as a lounge, it falls short as a coworking space. There aren't many seats. Since everyone has to sit in one place, even one person on the phone is extremely noisy. In a larger coworking office, you can just sit far away from the person, but this space is small and there's no escape. Today, I couldn't work for 30 minutes because of that. Even one person on the phone is a huge nuisance for everyone around me. The interior is nice, but there's no atmosphere. It's small, there's no background music, and the desks are arranged in a way that's not ideal for work (after all, it's a lounge), so it's hard to concentrate on work. Furthermore, the desk tops are leather, not a hard surface, so they easily dent when you write on them, making it impossible to write. Therefore, it's only suitable for computer work. Sorry to say this is a terrible experience, but as a hotel lounge, it's first-rate (the interior is beautiful, the service is good), but as a coworking space, it's immature. They should learn more about how to run a coworking space.

It would be better if they learned how to operate a coworking space a little more.

Very good. The ceiling fan on the ceiling blocked the light from the lights when it rotated, causing it to flicker on and off, and I felt sick after sitting there for almost an hour. Maybe it's just me. I thought it would be better to make some improvements or improvements, but other than that, it was a very nice place. The atmosphere of the staff was also wonderful.

There was pleasant background music playing and everyone worked quietly, which helped me get work done very efficiently. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a calm atmosphere!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • At The Lively Tokyo Azabu Juban, Day Passs can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available. In addition, Coworking Memberships can also be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with .andwork.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with .andwork, who is more than happy to help out.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
