I made a reservation to view the facility online, and even though I checked the box to be contacted via email, I received a phone message on my answering machine asking me to call back. So, I accepted the reservation. ? I don't have time to make phone calls until weekday evenings, so I requested to be contacted by email, but they still want me to contact them by phone. I don't understand why they offer the option to choose between phone and email. I still have a copy of my application, which was automatically sent, but they want me to be contacted by email.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Blink Community.
