One night, shortly after signing the contract, a reclusive-looking person was making a loud phone call. They seemed completely inconsiderate of those around them, and when I told them off, they got angry and then yelled at me for ages. During the day, there's a man who acts like the host, who is just as inconsiderate of those around him and is extremely loud on the phone. On another night, a group of high school girls came into the conference room, spread all kinds of snacks, and started making a lot of noise. To make matters worse, there was nothing written on the board where users are supposed to write when using the conference room. I couldn't even tell who they were, or if they were a contract holder. I told one adult there, "I don't think this is a place for high school students to make a lot of noise," and he replied, "We're discussing it." I immediately went through the cancellation process after that. Even though I submitted the cancellation documents, I still have to use the service for the rest of the month, so I'm still using it for now. There are noisy people during the day, and it's especially lawless at night. There are some contract holders who are noisy and inconsiderate of those around them. When that person comes over, the voices and noise of people stomping around are loud, and he starts eating natto in the shared space without a second thought, which is extremely smelly.

It's very conveniently located near Hachioji Station and Keio Hachioji Station. The staff were also very helpful and polite, even though it was my first time using the hotel. I'd like to use it again next time.

The elevator shutters are closed on weekends. Apparently, only members can use it. There was no one around, so I called out to a staff member. An older man slowly emerged and answered quietly. It was my first time using the elevator, but there are several working spaces around the station, so I thought I might use one of those.

It's a convenient location as it's just a short walk from Hachioji Station. Personally, I like that the toilets are spacious and clean.

I have no complaints about using it and it's easy to work in, but if I had to say something, it would be that the air conditioning is sometimes too strong, so I'd be happy if it could be adjusted a little!
