I get positive vibes here. Partly from the natural light coming in from the big glass windows, but mostly from the receptionist, who is always friendly and helfpful. Location is great and the rent is very affordable.

After becoming independent as a sole proprietor, I was unable to concentrate on work at home, so I signed a contract with Otemachi. I often use fabbit Ginza as a change of pace and because my business partner is nearby. Personally, I really like the free drinks, clean office, and wifi environment. Below are the characteristics unique to Ginza. good points ・Relatively empty (compared to Aoyama and Otemachi, free seats are quieter) ・You can park your bicycle in front of the elevator as it is a common area (I have never parked it, but it seems convenient.) ・I can work while looking at the outside scenery through the glass (Being able to work while looking outside is an important point for me.) A little disappointing - Lack of lunch options ・There is no docomo share cycle port nearby (this has nothing to do with fabbit) ・The flow from the station is a little difficult when it rains (directly connected to the station, so you don't have to worry about getting wet in the rain) Overall, I'm very satisfied and recommend it. If you are considering it, we recommend that you try it out first as you can use the ``1DAY PASS''.

It also has a viewpoint function, making it convenient to use!

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Fabbit.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
