Located just a minute on foot from Subway Hanzomon Station, a 4-minute walk from Kojimachi Station, and within walking distance from Nagatacho Station, the building offers easy access to three subway lines: Hanzomon Line, Yurakucho Line, and Namboku Line. The elegant space design is inspired by the “gate” of Hanzomon, with metal materials incorporated in combination with wood materials, as well as a rooftop garden that is perfect for refreshment and socializing during work. There are levels from the 1st to 13th and the building can be flexibly accommodated for exclusive use by a company or for customization requests. The building is ideal not only as a headquarters, but also as a business hub or project room. In addition, the first level of dedicated offices can be used as a showroom, etc., as the building can be entered directly from the street.
