Although we had some trouble during the crisis, the staff were very kind and helpful, and we were able to use the service comfortably.

The facilities and the atmosphere were great, and I felt it was an environment where I could work in a relaxed atmosphere. The location and spatial design are also sophisticated, and I think it's suitable for focused meetings and work. On the other hand, the lounge can get crowded during busy times, and it can feel a little unsettling at times. If there was more consideration given to congestion at different times of the day and more quiet seating arrangements, I think it would be possible to continue using the space with more peace of mind. The phone booths are used by the same people for long periods of time, so it's a little inconvenient not being able to use them when you need them. I feel that the closing time of 6pm is a little early. Overall, I think this is a wonderful space with a lot of potential. I hope that as management and service quality are further refined in the future, it will become an even more reliable executive base.

It's nice that you can rent it by the hour and that the interior is nice, but it's not as flexible as other nearby conference rooms, and the staff are condescending.
Gran Tokyo South Tower has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Executive Centre (Japan).
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
