Security is a problem.
We recently started using it as an office, but one night, the door to the shared space was left open by a chair.
A man later fixed it, but we're told he was not an employee.
When the door is left open, outsiders can pass through the shared space and access many of the company's booths.
It's terrifying.
Normally, it's auto-locked and only members can enter.
I heard that the air conditioning in the shared space turns off at a certain time, so they leave the door open to let in the air from the air conditioner in the hallway, and then they just go home with the door open.
Someone with such unreasonable behavior is a real problem, and it's a company-wide issue that makes it even worse.
What if theft were to occur in a situation like this?
What's more, it seems like the door is left open frequently.
The staff say they are careful, but there are no warnings or anything like that. They put up signs in the shared space, etc.
The security guard on duty in the building said he can't say anything because it's a shared space.
It's a shame, as the building had good reviews.
If they don't improve this aspect, I will leave this post up forever.
By the way, the man said he would report it to the staff, but if nothing has changed now, that's probably not going to happen. Those who are actually using it as an office should be careful until it's improved.
