ANAからJALに乗り継ぎする予定だったが、待ち時間がかなりあるため、一旦空港外に出て戻ってきたら、手荷物検査場で止められた。一旦外に出るとANAからJALの乗り継ぎの手続きが出来てないから、受付のカウンターに行くよう言われる。那覇空港は搭乗の荷物検査場は2階で、JALのカウンターは3階。移動距離も長いし、また並ぶのかとうんざりする。ANAに乗るとき、ANAの方からJALの方に声をかけるようには言われていたが、空港を出る前に声をかけるようにとも言われず、どこで乗り継ぎの手続きをするかも言われず、JALの方に声かけたら大丈夫ですと説明があったのみ。もちろんJALへの乗り継ぎカウンターもANAの到着するフロアーに無い。JALからメール等でもそのような案内も無い。那覇空港は、ターミナルがANAとJALで距離があるので、なるべくならそんなに歩きたくないので、わざわざJALのフロアーに行って聞くより、戻ってきてから中で乗り継ぎの手続きをすれば良いと思うのが普通だと思うのだが、勝手にルールを作ってそれらを説明をせず、そのように案内する感覚が分からない。それならそうと中で手続きしてから出るように伝えてくれれば良いと思うのだが、そんなことは説明せず、さも当然のように乗り継ぎの手続きが出来てないからと言われる。そもそも最近のANAもJALも人員削減なのか、有人カウンターが無く、いつもめちゃくちゃ混んでる。少し疑問に思っても聞くことすらためらわれる位、待たされる。人を減らすならきちんと事前に説明をしっかりしてわかるようにするか、ネットで調べられるようにして欲しいものだ。

This small but beautiful airport, especially during peak tourist season, saw frequent takeoffs and landings. Due to a shortage of air bridges, shuttle buses were used to transfer passengers to the arrival hall. The staff and drivers were friendly and courteous, making everyone feel welcome and comfortable – a wonderful experience. Customs checks were orderly, fast, and efficient. The baggage claim area was particularly impressive; every piece of luggage was neatly arranged on the carousel, waiting to be claimed – fantastic! 👍👍👍 From the departure hall waiting area, you can directly see planes taking off 🛫 – so cool!
