A mailbox was installed outside, so it is very convenient to be able to collect mail even outside of office hours. (Virtual office use)

I used it for one day. It is equipped with power outlets, blankets, drinks, Wi-Fi, etc., and is an environment where you can concentrate on your studies. I wish that this could be improved because the loud laughter of people using the conference room could be heard outside. I think it would be even more convenient if it was available for one day use on weekends.

It's not in Hakata or Tenjin, but in Munakata, so I often use it because it's convenient. In addition to being able to work on my computer in a clean, spacious, and relaxed space, there are also booths for web conferences, so the environment is well-equipped and I can concentrate on my remote work.

It's close to the station, spacious, quiet, clean, and easy to use! It also has a multifunction printer, a free water server, a sink, a microwave, and other great services!

I used it as a satellite office. It seems like you can concentrate on your work. On this day, there were about 7 people and 45 seats.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Fabbit.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
