Easy access from the station. The chairs were comfortable. It happened to coincide with an event day, which made it uncomfortable. I'm paying for an environment where I can concentrate on my work. The staff aren't AI, so they should be considerate. First-time users are required to register on LINE and present identification, but the service is sloppy. ●At the very least, they should inform customers when they enter that there's an event. ●Event attendees should be asked to keep quiet before it starts. (It's not that the event itself is noisy, but the chatter and applause before the event starts is annoying.) It's clear that there's a lack of management after customers enter. Even though the gate is secured, there are concerns about insufficient management after entry (such as theft by visitors), so I will never use the service again.

It's clear that they don't manage people after they enter, so I'm concerned about security and will never use the service again.

I first encountered this space as a student at JaLS, and I have continued to use it since finishing my course. It is a fantastic space to set up with my laptop and work with fewer distractions than I would have in my apartment. The staff are extremely friendly and always say hello and welcome me, especially if I haven't been back in a few days. It has all the positives of an office space, but with co-workers who are happy to see you and who won't cause you trouble if they don't finish a report on time.

I used this cafe to participate in an event. The interior was stylish and the space was comfortable. It was also appealing that it was directly connected to the station, so I could get there in just a few minutes from Hakata Station. However, there was no wall separating the cafe from the area where pedestrians walked, so the cafe's interior was completely visible to passersby. Since voices were clearly audible, I felt it might not be suitable for secret conversations or interviews.
