Terminal 1 is relatively quick to get out, but if you arrive at Terminal 2, it takes an hour just to get out. The staff were friendly and helpful, with smiles on their faces.

There are so many people. I realized why we suffer from overtourism.

We arrived from our hotel in Roppongi via taxi (took less than an hour). We got through checking our luggage, going through security and immigration, and was in the ANA lounge in less than 10 minutes. I was blown away at how easy it was. To be fair, we were in EVA Business Class and had fast track through security but even if we hadn't had all of that, we'd probably have gone through in 20 minutes which is not bad for am international flight.

I experienced an extremely unpleasant and psychologically distressing entry process at Narita Airport. First, I encountered severe queue-cutting by another passenger. I was feeling physically unwell and almost fainted, yet no staff member offered assistance or intervened. Even more concerning, several immigration officers displayed obvious emotional instability throughout the process: • One officer suddenly raised his voice in a moment of emotional outburst, which is entirely inappropriate for a frontline service role. • Another officer’s emotions were overly exposed, unable to maintain a calm and professional demeanor. • A third officer stood uncomfortably close to me and exhibited strange, unsettling movements that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. • The overall procedure was chaotic, with inconsistent instructions and unclear communication. The entire situation conveyed a lack of proper training, a lack of professional boundaries, and a lack of basic respect for travelers. As a passenger, I felt unsafe, overlooked, and unprotected in an environment where stability and professionalism should have been guaranteed. As an international gateway, Narita Airport should uphold standards of professionalism, composure, and operational stability. However, this experience severely undermined my trust in the airport’s safety and service quality. I sincerely hope that the relevant departments will take this matter seriously— Emotionally unstable personnel are not suitable for frontline positions, and travelers who are anxious, vulnerable, or physically unwell need clear guidance and respectful treatment, not chaos and emotional pressure. This experience left me deeply disappointed and has created a lasting sense of anxiety about passing through Narita Airport again.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Dragon Pass may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • I.A.S.S SUPERIOR LOUNGE -KoCoo- operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • Please reach out to Dragon Pass for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.
