Amazing place for a breakfast or coffee. I stayed in an apartment nearby and had my delicious breakfast here every morning. All the people were very nice and they all speak English very well. This Dutchie will for sure come back here!

Very busy and noisy place. The tables are very narrow and uncomfortable. The menu has too many fusion variations that don't enhance its appeal. Service is slow and disorganized. Generous portions lack quality and appeal. Prices are high and incompatible.

Today my daughter (17) had lunch at Bloom to celebrate her birthday with her friends. I wanted to surprise her with a cake with candles. This morning I called and agreed: obviously, the cake was among those offered by the restaurant. The person I spoke to said it was no problem, that they already had their candles. I offered to go to the restaurant in person to pay in advance, but since my daughter would pay by card, I was told it was no problem. Too bad the cake wasn't served and there was no surprise. I called for an explanation: another person answered, very distressed when they realized the problem, and assured me they would look into it and I would be called back right away. Too bad no one called me back. Now, Bloom isn't obligated to fulfill all customer requests, but if you respond affirmatively, especially to a request like this, then you have to honor your promise. If I had been told no, I would have arranged something else. Even worse is that they didn't call me back to provide an explanation. Considering I've been going to this place for years, I'm even more shocked. Obviously, I won't set foot there again, because I think at least an apology was due. Losing a customer will certainly matter little to those who manage it; not going there anymore, however, remains the only way to respond to such an unpleasant situation, for which not even the person who caused it had the courage to apologize.
