We work only as coworking services so we offer only all inclusive solutions of spaces+services.
We prefer to rent rooms to people who stay long time but we can accomodate also people for short time. We reserve the right to accept or not people, to preserve the good relations with the other guests.
We have dedicated rooms fully furnished of varius sizes: for 1,2,3,4,5 desks. Or we can rent desks into rooms with other people.
Rooms contain desks, chairs, coat rack, waste bin, power strips, and Individually adjustable heating and air conditioning system.
We have also a meeting room up to 25 people + 2 teacher-speaker configurable in different ways, and useful for business meetings, courses, and small company events.
In any case we provide all the services included in the price: electricity, water, heating and air conditioning, Internet by cable and WIFI, cleaning and waste collection.
All common areas such as waiting room, coffee-refreshment corner, and bathroom are also available.
We have ample free car parking that is always free.
Our offices are very comfortable, bright, and quiet. And they are super served by all amenities within walking distance, including train station, post offices, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
