It's about an 18-minute walk to the entrance of the Old City. The hotel is clean and the service is good.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the train station and right in front of bus and tram stops. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The hotel offers one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. The building is historic, which adds to its charm, and it has several elevators to access the different areas. The only issue is that the signage is not very clear and can be a bit confusing—I got lost a few times trying to find the exit. The only downside was the checkout time—9 a.m. is extremely unreasonable. Other than that, the stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend this place.

I can not warn you enough to not do a student stay here. The prices are exorbitant and not worth it in any way. You pay 1400 a month for low quality living. I had my brita stolen from me from the pantry and told I should not have left it there, even though on arrival I was told that’s where I should put my personal food items. They frequently host loud events with little care to their guests, and the bigger man with long hair and a beard is very rude and not an accommodating front host. Please stay away from this money trap. I wish I did.
At TSH Collab - Florence, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Social Hub.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Social Hub, who is more than happy to help out.
