There was a lot of dust. I don't know, but I was surprised to see a towel hanging in the bathroom. The room table, chairs, and everything else were dusty. The condition wasn't bad, but there were no indoor slippers, so you had to bring your own. It was a 10-minute walk from the train station, but I don't think it took even 5 minutes by tram. Self-check-in, and luggage service is available after check-out.

Brand new property just outside the center of Florence, just a few meters from the tram stop. This penthouse apartment offers a view and dining options. A very nice, well-organized hotel with a huge lounge, bar, and restaurant.

Hands down the best hotel we stayed at on our entire trip. The value here is unreal — it honestly felt too good to be true. Spacious, US-sized rooms with huge bathrooms, an incredible gym (better than most paid gyms), free laundry, a fantastic rooftop pool/bar/restaurant, and a convenient food shop with coffee, snacks, and souvenirs at non-tourist prices. Everything you could possibly need is right here. The vibe is youthful and social, but everyone was respectful and welcoming. Add in the tram stop right outside, and it’s a no-brainer. We will absolutely stay here again anytime we return to Firenze. Best stay ever!!! Thank you Social Hub staff, you guys have something special here, don't change a thing🤗

Nice hotel and rooms, but the ac didn't work because it was winter but the room were too hot I have to sleep with the windows open to get a little bit of cool air, no a big deal but the window was facing the garage entrance and that "beep" of the gate open and closing during the night drive me crazy. Besides that my stay was amazing, the staf was really friendly.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with The Social Hub.
Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to The Social Hub to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Viale Belfiore 55 and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.
