Impeccable welcome and helpfulness were demonstrated from the moment we arrived. During the meeting, all participants expressed strong appreciation for the location: a well-maintained, functional space featuring a truly original concept, which helped make the meeting with my team even more pleasant and productive. Francisco supported us with professionalism and attention at all times, and always with a touch of "family warmth." (The cappuccino was excellent! 😉) A very positive experience, which I would recommend to anyone looking for an ideal space for collaborative moments with their work team. The location was equally important: just steps from one of Florence's main parking lots for those arriving by car, and for those traveling by public transportation, right in front of the tram stop, which takes you to the Firenze SMN train station in just a few minutes.

World-class service to match the finest facilities I hosted my communication workshop at the Join Area of Dante Ruby and it has been a wonderful experience from the very beginning. Francisco was such a gracious host who immediately made me feel supported. He was very responsive and accommodating of my requests. He made sure I had everything I needed to deliver a great experience. This level of service is not easy to come by in Florence. The space itself is contemporary yet warm, tastefully designed and is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology. To top it all off, there's a lovely kitchen where the participants could help themselves to coffee, tea, cereals and fruits. Ruby Dante Workspaces was such a great discovery.

Clean, new, stylish, well-lit, tasty, friendly, spacious. I was so glad to have this workspace right at my hotel so that I could concentrate for the hours I needed to work while visiting Florence. The daily check in process was easy and streamlined. Francisco was a great host. I will be back!
