The airport really surprised me positively. It's small, but very pleasant and well-organized. There's none of the rush you often feel at larger airports, making the entire check-in and waiting time for your flight simply more relaxed. The staff is friendly and helpful, with a smile and the kindness that seems so typical of Sardinians. You immediately feel welcome. A big plus is the practical amenities, especially the phone chargers at the seats. It might seem like a small thing, but it's a lifesaver when traveling and shows that someone really thought about the passengers. Overall, a great, comfortable, and friendly place to start or end your trip in Sardinia.

Extremely rude and unmotivated staff. A serious matter for me, despite claiming it's their job, was that I found an employee with his hands in my backpack while I was trying to retrieve my trolley from the carousel. I don't doubt they should be vigilant and inspecting, but if the scanner detects a discrepancy, ask whose bag it is and open it in front of the owner.
