Strategic location at the entrance to Ancona, a stone's throw from the train station. It offers green mobility services and for this reason offers easy parking even for large and multimodal meetings. Nice idea of regeneration and intelligent reuse of urban spaces. The co-working and sharing spaces are equipped with everything. I have participated in more than one smart mobility event and everything took place in an informal atmosphere with speakers and interventions of national importance.

Excellent location! Strategic location near the train station and convenient for the motorways. My company has organized meetings on several occasions and some colleagues also use the space for coworking. Electric car charging and car sharing Top highly recommended!!!!

Via Berti 1 has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with MaSMo.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
