My current arrival at Malpensa (Terminal 1) was extremely disappointing due to the massive queues at passport control. Hundreds of people were forced to wait for more than three hours, which was longer than the flight itself. There are no seats available in the waiting area, and the line included elderly passengers and families with small children. The organization is completely inadequate: the line barely moves, there are not enough staff, and no option to seat. I strongly recommend avoiding Malpensa Terminal 1 for arrivals if you have the option to choose another airport or at least another terminal. There is a high chance of experiencing serious delays and discomfort especially with kids - 100% no go

The worst airport in the world ❌❌❌👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 The security guards are awful to us. They're unbelievable! They have absolutely no respect for Muslims. May God punish them! If you're wearing a hijab and a long jacket, they force you to take it off in front of everyone. If you ask them to let you take it off somewhere private, they refuse, yell at you, and show no understanding whatsoever. May God take revenge on them! Don't go there!

The worst and most unprofessional treatment from the staff we have ever received. I was traveling with my girlfriend who was not feeling well. She was dizzy, could not move and had a feeling of fainting. She was nauseous and did not feel well at all. I asked the staff to bring a doctor, who arrived at the scene after 15 minutes. My girlfriend and I were health professionals and we knew very well what the issue was and what was needed in this situation. Nevertheless, the doctor took her vital signs and gave her paracetamol and a stomach pill which were not specific to the girl's symptoms. She had nothing for either the nausea or the dizziness/vertigo. Nevertheless, no one offered to accompany her, move her in a wheelchair or help her with her luggage. So the person has to fall down and feel sorry for them to be aware????????? Shame!!

Terminal 2 is simple and intuitive. Friendly staff. Everything is very clean and organized.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Dragon Pass.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
