First visit, and also last. Psychiatric visit: a horrible experience, if not worse than my life. At the psychologist's request, I was persuaded to seek psychiatric help for depressive symptoms and anxiety/social anxiety.... needless to say, I received neither help nor compassion. Faced with my obvious discomfort and difficulty communicating, I was met with indifference. The only thing she seemed to care about was my clothing and the accessories I had brought with me, calling it all "frankly childish and regressive behavior (she has stuffed animals with her).... The clothing is bizarre." She ended it all with "not enough data to make a diagnosis." However, knowing my own difficulties, I had carefully written everything down in a notebook. Now, maybe it's because I don't have a degree like these people, but I don't think it's right to criticize those who have already struggled to get help... especially if they're told the reason is depression... In any case, I'm holding on to the depression (like anxiety), and this encounter will be just one of a thousand reasons to despise life.... Thank you, doctor. The only saving grace are the girls at reception, much nicer and more empathetic than the doctors...

I had booked a dermatology appointment online with Dr. Pantaleo for my daughter, who has had hand dermatitis for about a year and whose cause cannot be treated. The receptionist initially told me the appointment wasn't in the system, but she kindly managed to schedule it manually for the same time. After a 40-minute delay, the doctor "examined" my daughter's hands from a distance, without touching them and looking at them for a few moments. Then she looked at a report from another dermatology appointment we'd had previously and stared at the computer. The old report had stated that my eldest daughter had an allergy to dust mites, and Dr. Pantaleo remained adamant that my daughter's dermatitis was atopic and caused by the same allergy. I honestly can't understand why I paid €130 for a five-minute "visit" during which the dermatologist looked at my daughter's hands from a distance for two seconds without even approaching or touching them. Furthermore, my eldest daughter, who was there, politely and out of curiosity asked how she immediately realized that the dermatitis was caused by allergies. The response was, "First, get a medical degree, specialize in dermatology, gain 30 years of experience, and then you'll figure it out on your own." I was completely shocked by this response.

It seems incredible, but a competent, professional, kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable doctor on alternative therapies does exist: Dr. ZIZZO!! He made me feel completely at ease, and before even taking the medications he prescribed, I already felt better. He deserves all 5 stars!!! His team, too. At the reception desk, I was greeted with a kind smile, and the formalities went smoothly. It took me an hour to get there, but it was worth it. Thank you so much. Karin Schmidt

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Forward Systems.
