An excellent place to work, with a very comfortable atmosphere. The wooden furnishings and central location make it very attractive. The spaces are spacious, and the bar is truly convenient for a peaceful break. Lara and Francesca are extremely polite and always available to help and direct anyone in need.

Terrible experience and completely unreliable management I contacted this agency to rent a room in Milan for six months, and the experience was extremely negative in every way. Before booking, I specifically asked to view the apartment. The agency arranged a video call with one of their employees, Fabio, who showed me two apartments in the same building, reassuring me repeatedly that all the properties were structurally and aesthetically identical and that I could choose with confidence, even based on the roommates. Based on these reassurances, I decided to proceed with the rental, including cleaning fees. Once I arrived in Milan, I was told to go to the offices at Viale Monte Nero 6, where I was left waiting for over an hour, with no one to attend to me or provide any explanation. Once I arrived at the apartment, I found it completely uninhabitable: a dirty and neglected house fingerprints on the walls and electrical outlets strong cigarette odor, with cigarette butts present, despite the house rules expressly and strictly prohibiting smoking in the house garbage bags scattered throughout the house broken microwave plate non-working oven dead bugs and cobwebs in the rooms filthy bathroom fixtures An undignified and unacceptable condition, especially considering that cleaning fees were charged and that the agency was supposed to ensure compliance with internal rules. I immediately returned to the agency to complain and request termination. The staff immediately acknowledged the uninhabitable state of the property and offered me another room. In the meantime, I was forced to stay in a hotel for two nights while I waited to find alternative accommodations, with the agency promising that these expenses would be covered. The next morning, I asked for confirmation of the appointment, but was told the offices were closed. I went in person to Viale Monte Nero 6, found them open, and formally communicated my cancellation of the contract. To date, despite my right to a full refund, I have not yet received either the rent or the promised hotel expenses. In addition to the financial loss, this situation has caused me significant inconvenience, stress, and unexpected extra expenses, due solely to their poor management, lack of oversight, and total lack of professionalism. A completely negative experience. The agency is opaque, disorganized, and unreliable. I strongly advise against using them, especially those who, like me, are not already in Milan and must rely on their statements.

Aumentato i prezzi per le scrivanie a dismisura. Ci hanno fatto cambiare tre volte postazione perché non andava bene dove ci siamo seduti. All’entrata però ci avevano detto che potevamo sederci ovunque ci fosse posti liberi. Da evitare.

Great co-working space. Staff are lovely, very welcoming and helpful, especially Francesca at the front desk and Valentina at the cafe. I would highly recommend coming here.

I organized an event at Open By Joivy Milano. Everything was fine until two weeks before the event when they disappeared and didn't respond (and I still haven't heard back a week later). Disorganized, uncaring, and incompetent. Since the person I called doesn't answer, they don't even have a switchboard to call. If only I could, I wouldn't give them even one star. Terrible, I'll never organize an event with them again, nor will I give them another cent.
