I'd like to write a review for this place, especially for easyJet. Do you want my opinion? Avoid it. Pay a little more for other airlines, it's a thousand times better. Let's start from the beginning. Upon arrival, I found a huge line that stretched from the terminal entrance doors to security... I thought, "Wow, everyone's leaving today." Why? The easyJet ladies (who were also incredibly rude and treated you like a criminal) had to fine everyone because they thought the backpack wasn't allowed. Only those who had checked the second bag were allowed through. Everyone else had to pay a €60 fine. Do you need to raise money? Well done. I definitely gave you the €60, but rather than buy another flight from you, I'd stay home or do something else... never again with easyJet. The phrases I heard were, "Come on, come on, move, we have to move the line forward, your backpack isn't allowed, pay and go." How dare you? We PAID for a ticket; you can't afford to treat your customers this way! How come on the return flight, again with EasyJet, they didn't say anything about the backpack? Because it was the right size, but at this airport they have to make money by doing this. Never again, and if you really can, don't fly with this airline.

Two-hour wait to collect baggage from Palermo on August 10, 2025; Random delivery without following arrival times. Families with small children, elderly people. Very poorly managed airport across all services. Poor communication between services.

Very rude staff at the controls even though we are a family with two children they threw away the water because a liter and a half in summer is too much in their opinion they were really exaggerated as to the reason that water for children should be thrown away as a waste. Wednesday 9 July at 5 in the morning.

It's incredible that in 2025 there will only be 4 or 5 sockets for charging mobile devices in the entire terminal... the Middle Ages indeed
