had a great stay at The Social Hub Bologna. The room was very comfortable, with excellent coffee and water provided — having a Nespresso machine in the room was a perfect touch. The design of the hotel is modern and stylish, and both the location and facilities are outstanding, making it ideal for both work and leisure.

Very unfriendly support by female reception staff. Our flight was delayed due to bad weather conditions and we asked to change the booking to one day later. Only after big discussion it was possible. One day later, the flight was still delayed and we informed to arrive one day later; the female staff was answering in a very unfriendly way, there is nothing possible to change. We had to pay the full amount, even we didn’t stay at the hotel.

O hotel é fantástico, com piscina e café da manhã excelente! Localizado a alguns metros da entrada da estação central! Tem uma vibe mais jovem, então não indicaria pra famílias com crianças! O quarto poderia ser um pouco mais aconchegante na minha opinião e ter mais travesseiros, pois só tinha um pra cada, mas pode ser um gosto pessoal apenas!
