You must respect the other residents. On the eve of a weekday, you can't play loud music and cause a lot of noise.

🏙️ Smart Neighborhood – Quick Guide Where it is: Scala Montesanto 3, Naples (historic neighborhood, easily accessible by metro, funicular, and Cumana). What it is: A multifunctional space founded in 2013, dedicated to coworking, art, ecology, and conviviality. What to do: Work in shared workstations or in the garden with Wi-Fi. Participate in exhibitions, cultural events, and workshops. Stop by the organic bar/bistro for a sustainable break. Atmosphere: Creative, inclusive, ideal for freelancers, students, artists, and the curious. Why visit: It's an urban laboratory that combines work, culture, and nature, a symbol of regeneration and social innovation. 👉 Practical tip: If you're in the Montesanto area, stop by even just for a coffee at the bistro: you'll immediately feel the energy of a community that looks to the future with creativity and sustainability.

I'd like to say a few words about last night's episode. The idea behind Quartiere Intelligente is certainly a wonderful one, quoting a phrase from their website that struck me: "A place where an open approach to collaboration and sharing fosters encounters between people." The fact is, the open approach didn't seem to exist last night, unlike other times I've been there. At least, as far as the young man at the entrance was concerned, deciding whether to let people in or not. The problem? His violent attitude. The person in question was arguing with a young boy, who simply wanted to come in because his friends were inside. He was insistent, it's true, but always within the bounds of politeness. What wasn't polite was the doorman: he gave a terrible welcome, was violent, even threatened to hit him, and pushed him (which is dangerous given that the entrance is on stairs). It was a terrible scene and it certainly doesn't do you any good. Your staff should ensure safety, security, and tranquility in a place like this, and even in removing negative elements, they should never exceed the limits of humanity and good manners. I'm so sorry to have witnessed such a scene, and I certainly think it lost you a lot of points. I won't be returning.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Q.I Coworking may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Scala Montesanto 3 operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • At Scala Montesanto 3, those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are available.
