I share my bizarre experience that literally left me speechless. I dared to make a phone call, and I deeply regret it, for the purpose of receiving simple information, but in exchange I received the barking of an arrogant and rude person who felt offended by the undersigned interlocutor because I dared to address her by calling her "ma'am" rather than "doctor". With disdain and haughtiness he also demanded that I qualify. My reaction was one of cold and sardonic detachment because it made no sense to start a discussion with a person who, in the way he approached a potential customer, clearly showed off all his incompetence in terms of customer service. Dear "doctor", please know that "ma'am" is one of the most beautiful epithets with which you can address a woman, it's a shame that you don't know its semantic meaning. As for my request, please know that I have obtained the answers to my questions elsewhere. Perhaps the person who assisted me did not have an academic status like his, nevertheless he demonstrated that he knew the importance of an essential quality for those who have relations with the public: courtesy.
